What are your return and exchange policies?

  • Our products are crafted with pride and care to be the best in the market. We stand behind their quality. In the rare occasion you are unhappy with your order, we want you to be worry-free.
  • We will gladly accept returns on all orders 90 days from the date of purchase from our website unless it is marked as final sale. For products purchased on other websites, respective return policies apply. 
  • We will also gladly cover shipping charges for domestic returns.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to limit or restrict returns from customers that show excessive return activity

Can I exchange for a different product?

  • For your convenience, we suggest that you return the product as long as it is within the applicable return window and place a new order for the desired item.

Can I still return an item if it's been washed?

  • As a Mayberry Home customer, we want you to be happy. We will accept returns gladly under all normal conditions as long as usage does not indicate mishandling of the product. And yes, we do accept returns of products even if they are washed. 

How can I return my items?

  • Get in touch with our customer care at hello@mayberryhome.com and we wil send you a return label and instructions to return your product.

Just placed an order. Can’t wait to see it at my door step! When will it ship and when will I get it?

  • We are excited too and we cant wait to hear what you think! In most cases, your oder processes from our fulfilment center within 1 to 3 days and should be on its way to you. We will keep you updated of the progress of your order at every stage through notification to the email provided at purchase. You can also check the status or your order on ‘track my order section’ of our website.

Do you ship outside USA?

  • Currently we ship only within USA, but we will be expanding this to select countries shortly - stay tuned.

Can I leave specific delivery instructions with the shipping carrier?

  • You may be able to leave specific instructions with the below carriers by creating an account using the shipping tracking information.

FEDEX SHIPPING :Create an account with FedEx Delivery Manager  to manage redirection of your package, leave specific instructions with the delivery driver, schedule specific time of delivery, arrange for alternate delivery dates and other special delivery instructions.

UPS SHIPPING: Create an account with UPS My Choice  to manage redirection of your package, leave specific instructions with the delivery driver, schedule specific time of delivery, arrange for alternate delivery dates and other special delivery instructions.
